About The Movie – Chandu Champion is an upcoming Hindi language best sports movie . The film is based on the real life story of India’s first Paralympic gold medalist and swimmer MURLIKANT PETKAR . The film is directed by Kabir Khan and the story of the film is written by Kabir Khan , Rohit and SUMIT ARORA .

The film was produced by Nadiad Wala Grandson Entertainment and Kabir Khan Films  . The distribution of the film was done by AA Films .

Movie’s Plot –  A man with an unwavering spirit who confronted down adversaries one after another. His unrelenting dedication and never give up  mentality helped India win its first-ever individual gold medal at any kind of Olympics.

Production of the movie – The film was first announced by Kabir Khan in July 2022 and the film was officially announced by Sajid Nadiadwala with a motion poster on 4 July 2023 . The film is all set to be directed by Kabir Khan . The filming was begin on 12 July 2023 in London , where the first schedule of the film was completed .

The second schedule of the film was begin on 24 September 2023 , in Kashmir . The film was also shot at Wai Village in Maharashtra and the filming was wrapped up after eight months on 31 January 2024 . A challenging eight minute single war shot sequence was also shot at the Aru valley in Jammu at an altitude of 9000 feet above the sea level .

Movie’s Cast – Kartik Aryan was selected to play the lead role in the movie and it is the second collaboration of Kartik Aryan with the producer Sajid Nadiadwala .

Movie’s Release –  The film is all set to be released on 14 June 2024 , in cinemas in Hindi language .
